Shipping & Returns

Delivery
We send your order from our warehouse in Malmö, Sweden, through the Swedish and Danish postal service, PostNord.
Orders placed before 15.00 (GMT+1, or GTM+2 after Daylight Savings Time, on non-holiday weekdays) are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 3-7 days, depending on the chosen delivery option. We will inform you if we suspect that we cannot live up to the estimated delivery time.

The shipment is sent directly to the address specified at the time of ordering.

Right of withdrawal, return, and exchange
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods that you have purchased at Lux-case.ie
All products can be returned, provided that they have not been used and are in perfect condition.

NOTE: If you have received a product with a defect or damage - or the wrong product altogether, you should not return it to us immediately.
Instead, send an email to our customer support at [email protected] so they can assess the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. You can read more about complaints here.

Returns may be made within 14 days of products purchased at lux-case.com. You must return the items to the following address (at your own expense):

All items must be returned, unused in their original, unopened packaging. We suggest you return by insured mail for your protection. You should send the items responsibly packed - together with a copy of the receipt and kindly write on it that you want to use your right to withdraw and therefore wishes your money back. Items sent unstamped will not be accepted. In order to accept your return the item must be unused and in sealed condition - unbroken. If you use your right to regret your buy you will get your money (excl. shipping costs) back as soon as we´ve had the possibility to examine it. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Lux-Case Ireland does not refund shipping charges.
